Karanikola Christina , Speech and Language Therapist<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Christina Karanikola is a graduate of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy of the Technological Educational Institute of Epirus (2006). She later pursued postgraduate studies at Brooklyn College in New York, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (2008). As part of her studies, she completed her clinical training in private day schools, with primary experience at the \u201cReach for the Stars Learning Center.\u201d<\/p>\n

She has attended numerous professional training seminars in Greece and abroad, focusing on autism, language development, social communication, and contemporary intervention approaches. She has been trained in methods and tools such as Makaton, PECS, TEACCH, and Video Modeling, and she also participated in the early intervention program of the Vyronas\u2013Kaisariani Community Mental Health Center for the treatment of cases with Specific Language Impairment. <\/p>\n

In addition, she has been trained in the Cygnet program, a structured program designed to educate parents and caregivers in developing a better understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is certified in the Hanen method, including the programs \u201cIt Takes Two to Talk\u201d (2015) and \u201cMore Than Words\u201d (2016), and has coordinated parent groups focusing on language and communication development. <\/p>\n

In recent years, she has also been working with adolescents and adults on the Autism Spectrum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
