Psychometric Assessment

WAIS-IV

At SKKA A LIFE PLAN, we offer psychometric assessments using the WAIS–IV scale, one of the most widely recognized tools internationally for evaluating the cognitive abilities of adolescents and adults.

The assessment is intended for individuals aged 16 to 90 years and 11 months and is administered by a psychologist. Through the scale’s 15 subtests, a more comprehensive picture of the individual’s cognitive abilities, strengths, and potential difficulties can emerge.

The WAIS–IV can be used for:

  • the assessment of general cognitive function
  • the assessment of learning difficulties or intellectual giftedness
  • understanding the cognitive profile in cases of neurological or developmental difficulties

WISC-V

At SKKA A LIFE PLAN, we offer psychometric assessment using the WISC–V (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition), one of the most recognized and widely used tools internationally for assessing the cognitive abilities of children and adolescents.

The assessment is intended for children and adolescents aged 6 to 16 years and 11 months. Through the scale’s subtests, a comprehensive picture of the child’s cognitive profile emerges, highlighting both their strengths and the areas that may require additional support.

The WISC–V assessment can be used for:

  • the assessment of general cognitive function
  • the assessment of learning disabilities
  • identifying cognitive strengths and weaknesses
  • contributing to the development of a more targeted support and intervention plan
  • the investigation of cases of intellectual giftedness

The administration of the assessment and the interpretation of the results are carried out with the aim of better understanding the child’s needs and supporting their educational, developmental, and daily progress.
